Looking for the right person to lead what you’ve built?

Let’s talk!

Meet Nico - A Real Person

A Bilingual, Multicultural Foundation

I grew up between two cultures, my dad a Jewish Philadelphian and my mom an outspoken Guatemalan. Our home was a blend of languages and personalities, and taught me how to adapt, build common ground with people, and instilled a deep respect for people who lead teams (and businesses!).

Empathy and Grit Forged in Public Service

I spent two years in the Oakland Public Defender’s Office, supporting people through their toughest moments. I learned that real leadership starts with listening, earning trust, and doing whatever it takes to help others succeed. I bring that same grit, compassion, and dedication to every partnership.

Building a Deal That Works for You

With a law degree from Penn and an MBA from Wharton plus hands-on work at a top law firm and as Chief of Staff at a growing company, I know how to put together agreements that fit your needs. I’ll walk you through each step in plain English - so we create a plan that feels right for your timeline, your team, and your goals.

Running a business, for me, is about alignment - between the way I think, the way I lead, and the kind of impact I want to create. I’ve worked in systems that were broken, and in businesses that were growing. I’ve seen how much a single person can shift a culture, and how hard it is to do anything alone. I’m excited to do that work in partnership with an owner who cares about what comes next - and who sees running a business not just as a job, but as a calling.

Investment Criteria

Your business is a perfect fit if:

  • Enterprise Value: $10M - $30M

  • Revenue: $4M+ (flexible for the right model)

  • EBITDA: $1.5M - $6M (software > $750k)

  • Revenue Model: Recurring Preferred w/ Strong Stable Cash Flows

  • Industry: B2B Services, Compliance Platforms, Health and Wellness, or Healthcare

  • Timing: Starting to think seriously about succession - now or in the next couple of years

I’m probably not a fit if: inventory-heavy, seasonal, or brick-and-mortar retail models. But if you’re not sure - reach out. I’ll let you know!

The Process

Here’s what you can expect if you decide to explore a potential fit.

1. 30 Minute Intro Call

A short call to get to know each other, talk through your goals, and decide whether it makes sense to keep going.

Typical Timeline: Week 1

2. In-Person Deep Dive

If there’s mutual interest, I’ll come meet you! We’ll dive deeper into the business, your goals, and what a successful transition looks like.

Typical Timeline: Week 2

3. Offer and Diligence

If we’re aligned, I’ll make a clear, fair offer. From there, we’ll begin diligence - reviewing key details, and working together through each step. You’ll always know where things stand.

Typical Timeline: 90 Days

4. Close & Transition

We’ll shape a transition plan around your goals and team’s needs. Whether you want to stay involved or ride off into the sunset, I’ll make sure the handoff is smooth.

Typical Timeline: 3-6 Months
